Claims are resolved quickly, especially when it comes to auto repairs, which makes a stressful situation much easier to manage. Tools like electronic insurance cards and the mobile app add a layer of convenience that’s now expected—but still appreciated. One of the most valued aspects of working with Angela and State Farm is how claims are handled. Premiums don’t seem to increase automatically after an accident; instead, the company looks at the full context of the situation. Multiple at-fault accidents understandably lead to higher rates, but the approach seems measured and fair. There was one troubling incident involving a claim when a car rear-ended a family member who was driving the insured vehicle. Despite a witness supporting her account, the adjuster initially attempted to place blame on her. That experience raised concerns about potential bias in the handling of the case, especially given the racial dynamics involved. Fortunately, the claim didn’t result in a rate increase, which helped maintain confidence in the agency overall. Although rate increases are never welcome, they’re part of the industry and not unique to State Farm. What continues to stand out is the consistent quality of service, honesty, and responsiveness provided by Angela Roudez and her office. Having a reliable agent for nearly three decades is something rare and truly appreciated.
